Striving to be an environmental friendly manufacture, Green Grass Knitting Co. Ltd., have made progressive decisions over the years. The No.1 upgrade is its waste water management.
"Lande Water Filtration is what we are using to manage our waste water" Candy Kuong, the Chief Sales at Green Grass Knitting Co. Ltd., said in her email, and "it helped us a lot."
"Through using this water-saving filter, water get to recycled. The principle behind the technology is quite easy to understand." Candy continued telling us about the filtration system.
The system filers out all the cloth waste and other solid waste out, then it gives the water back to the workshop. The light-dyed water goes to the workshop that operates darker colored fabrics. The system allows desizing machine, washing machine to save a decent amount of water.
"Statistically, the water filtration system can help us save up to 90%. It's a really efficient system and we are glad we made the purchase."
The average Lande Water Filtration system costs about $1500. Green Grass Knitting Co. Ltd., invested ten of them in order to put its environmental ethics into actions.
